Hot holding appropriate, Italian sausage in red sauce 156F, mashed potatoes 178F, brown gravy 176F, spaghetti pasta 160F, sausage gravy 171F. All refrigeration is operating properly. Cold holding appropriate chopped tomato’s 38F, milk 40F, corn beef hash 35F,hamburger patties 36F and haddock filets 41F. Restrooms are clean. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is clean and maintained.
