Inspector’s comments
No hot holding or food preparation at time of inspection. Cold holding is appropriate, tartar sauce 40F, gravy 40F, haddock fish filets 41F. All refrigeration is operating properly. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Onsite septic system appears to be functioning properly.
