Inspector’s comments
Hot holding is appropriate, chicken rice soup 200F, brown gravy 160F. Haddock filets fried to 190F. Cold holding is appropriate, ground hamburger 42F, sliced lunch meat 43F, haddock fish filets 41F. All refrigeration is operating properly. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Onsite septic system appears to be functioning properly. Chlorine residual at 2.5, and water system appears to be operating properly.
