Inspector’s comments
All cold holding in the facility is adequate sliced tomatoes 41F, milk 40F, burger patty 39F. No hot holding at the time of inspection. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Bar area is also clean and organized. Operator has new menus with the food allergies on it.
