Inspector’s comments
No hot holding at time of inspection. Cold holding appropriate, ice cream mix in machine 38Ff, and ice cream mix in refrigeration at 41F. All refrigeration is operating properly. Napkins being used to grab cones and recent bare hand contact. Facility is clean and maintained.
