Hot holding is appropriate, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and white gravy all above 165F. Cold holding appropriate, coleslaw, macaroni salad, sliced tomatoes all below 45F. Overall, facility is clean and maintained. Proper glove usage and hair restraint observed.
