Hot holding was appropriate, French onion soup 155F, soup 183F, brown gravy 160F, cooked mushrooms 145F, cheese dip 146F, ground hamburger 150F. Cold holding was appropriate throughout the facility, sliced tomatoes 39F, cheese 41F, hard boiled eggs 39F, haddock 41F, chicken wings 42F, meatballs 42F, macaroni salad 42F, egg noodles 41F, and hamburger patties 42F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility has improved with cleanliness of equipment, shelving, etc.
