Hot holding appropriate, meat balls 150F, taco meat 142F. Cold holding appropriate, macaroni salad 40F, taco meat 43F, various pastas 43F, boiled eggs 39F, various lunch meats all below 45F, sliced tomatoes 33F. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is clean and maintained. Restrooms clean. Several improvements have been made to the facility since the last inspection, mold on wall and other equipment addressed, concrete floors have been painted, and the walls, ceiling and part of the floor in the green catering shack are now smooth and cleanable surfaces. |On-site septic system appears to be operating properly.
