Inspector’s comments
All cold holding on the cook line fucntional chicken 42F, shrimp 40F, egg rolls 40F. Walk-in cooler is fucntional chicken breast 41F, chicken wings 43F. Hot holding red sauce 148F. All freezer units functional. Facility could use some better organization in the walk-in cooler. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
