Inspector’s comments
Hot holding appropriate, eggs, sausage, burritos and steak between 155F and 165F. Cold holding is appropriate, ham, eggs and cheese all 40f or below. Lunch prep was completed during inspection and all waiver items are properly labeled with date and time stamps. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Overall, facility is clean and well maintained.
