Lunch for today is salad and beef wraps. All cold holding in walk-in cooler functional milk 42F, orange juice 40F. Facility is overall clean and organzied. hand washing avaliable. Lunch is still catered by various places. Black tie syrup is still using IHC high school as a commissary
