Inspector’s comments
Hot holding appropriate, spinach artichoke dip 170F. Cold holding temperature in downstairs walk-in cooler, and outside walk-in cooler appropriate. Bathroom clean and maintained. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Overall facility is clean and maintained.
