Hot holding functional at the time of inspection hash brown bites 144F, eggs 142F. All cold holding functional milk 42F. Walk-in cooler functional sausage patties 43F. Walk-in freezer functional. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility needs a good top down cleaning.
