Inspector’s comments
Meals have been prepared and were being packed in hot boxes to go out for delivery. All food is prepared and delivered to different food sites. All refrigeration is operating below 45F. Cold holding appropriate, spaghetti and sauce 40F, chicken noodle soup 37F. Facility is clean and well maintained. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Dirty seals observed during last inspection have been cleaned, but are still torn. Maintenance request was put in for new seals for refrigeration and for back door.
