All cold holding in walk-in cooler acceptable home fries 42F, salmon 38F, egg dip 40F. Facility is overall clean and organized. Machine dishwasher is reaching proper sanitizing temperature. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Hand washing avaliable.
