Inspector’s comments
All hot holding on the cook line functional past sauce 145F. All walk-in coolers functional chicken 42F, turkey 40F, coleslaw 42F. Downstairs walk-in freezer was not functional at the time of inspection. All up stairs reach in freezers functional. Bar and facility is overall clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
