Inspector’s comments
Facility planning expansion into the old Tiffany’s restaurant area with complete remodel for kitchen area. Facility will need to complete notice of intent documentation and submit to NYSDOH Canton DO prior to construction for approval. A layout sketch will be needed of area to be submitted with notice of intent. Notice of intent document distributed at time of inspection with electronic copy to follow.
