All hot holding fucntional at the time of inspection chicken nuggets 157F, Chicken patty 147F, Burger patty 153F. All cold holding throughout the facility is functional sliced pickles 42F, butter 41F, pre cooked eggs 42F. Walk-in cooler and freezer is functional. Machine dishwasher is functional. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall clean and organized. Facility is following the Time as a control waiver.
