Inspector’s comments

All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|All hot holding temperatures appropriate at 140 degrees F or above at the time of inspection |Kitchen area and ballrooms up to the reception area are being blocked off with a wall in the future. The plan is to move the Food Service up to the reception area and the old Manager's office and eliminate any hot or cooked food. There should be handwashing available in close proximity for the staff to use. Silverware and cookware items will still need to go through the Wash-Rinse-Sanitize process. |Please notify the Watertown District Office what the final Food Service plans are going to be when they change from the currently approved location.
