Hot holding appropriate, white rice, taco meat and chicken all above 140F. Cooked macaroni at 190F, chicken at 208F. Cold holding appropriate, cut tomatoes 43F, macaroni pasta 43F. All refrigeration thought facility is operating properly. Restrooms are clean and maintained. Proper glove usage and hair restraint observed.
