Inspector’s comments
All cold and hot holding acceptable. Tomatoes 41 degrees (prep unit), chicken 38 degrees (walk-in), spinach dip 40 degrees, cheese 40 degrees (pizza prep unit). Soup of the day 188 degrees. Proper glove use observed during the inspection with the preparation of food and the serving of food product. Facility appeared to be busy with the dinner rush upon inspection. Facility has excellent label and dating of food product. Lots of dry storage in the unfinished basement. Bar and limited storage upstairs. Discussed the labeling of dented cans while they wait for distributor return. Proper dish washing procedures observed during the inspection.
