Inspector’s comments
1) Educational fact sheets distributed at time of service. |2) New dishwasher will be installed over spring break. Facility had three bay sink set up prior to inspector’s arrival. Dishwasher only reaches around 160 degrees Fahrenheit on the final rinse. Notice of intent document distributed at time of inspection.
