Inspector’s comments
The waiver for the sushi was being done|The waiver process for the hot items on the buffet line was being filled in at start of inspection. Do not have faith that the process is being done properly when operator is not on site. |The facility in general is very dirty with food spills, grease and debris all over. Dry storage, cooking, coolers etc.|Food being sent out from the cook line in the kitchen needs to be temperature checked. Operator has thermometer but not being verified. |Staff wearing gloves while making sushi
