All cold holding functional on pizza prep line pepperoni 42F, ham chunks 41F, banana peppers 40F. Walk-in cooler functional pizza sauce 38F. Hot holding functional chicken wings 148F. Hand washing is avaliable. Facility needs a good overall top down clean. |After talking with the staff about glove usage, the staff stated the owner does not supply them, because they don't touch any food. The owner should supply the staff with gloves in case they need them for ready to eat food contact.
