All cold holding sub line is functional sliced ham 41F, sliced tomatoes 43F, sliced chicken 42F. Sliver double door refrigerator and prep unit by the grill is functional sliced ham 40F, steak 40F. All hot holding functional chilli 150F, cheese sauce 152F, meatballs 157F. Walk-in cooler is functional ham 40F, cheese 41F. Walk-in freezer is functional. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Observed some sub making with no visible issues
