All other cold holding prep units or refrigerators functional chicken 42F, pasta 43F, sliced tomaotes 43F, sliced cheese 41F, Fish 44F. Hot holding functional clam cowder soup 147F, and beef broth 150F. Walk-in cooler fucntional roast beef 43F, clam chowder soup 39F. Walk-in freezer functional. Facility is overall clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Proper labeling and dating throughout. Machine dishwasher fucntional. Facility is doing temperature checks at 3:00pm everyday.
