Inspector’s comments
All hot holding acceptable mac and cheese 160F, mashed potato wedges 158F, potato wedges 142F, corn 149F, chicken 145F. All cold holding acceptable coleslaw 42F. Walk-in coolers fucntional chicken 42F, coleslaw 40F, mac and cheese 42F. Walk-in freezer functional. Facility is overall in better shape than the last inspections. Sewage issues has been resolved and new roof installed. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
