Inspector’s comments
Complaint driven inspection|At the time of inspection, no hot water was being produce by the hot water tank. Operator continued to operate without cleaning or using the dishwasher for cleaning. Once dirty plates and other utensils were found dirty with insect parts and other related items, the operator decided to call a plumber to fix the hot water tank. Through out the inspection roaches were running through out the facility on and over cooking items and surfaces. With out any hot water or cleaning supplies the operator closed the facility to deal with the hot water and the cleaning issues. ||The operator was complaining about other food services in the block and how he's treating them and others are not.||Watertown city codes was informed about the situation. They showed up after I left
