Inspector’s comments
All cold holding on the sub prep line functional sliced ham 42F, turkey 41F, tuna 40F. All hot holding functional cheese sauce 150F, meatballs and pasta sauce 155F. All cold holding throughout the facility functional sliced turkey 40F, roast beef 42F. All freezer units functional. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall clean and organized.
