All cold and hot holding acceptable. Tomatoes 38 degrees (sub line), turkey 41 degrees (sub line), chicken 35 degrees (walk in), peppers and onions 39 degrees (prep unit). Facility is clean and organized. Proper glove use during the inspection observed.
