Hot holding was appropriate, clam chowder 170F, pulled pork 167F, ground beef 172F. Cold holding is appropriate, coleslaw 41F, macaroni salad, bang bang sauce and raw hamburgers at 42F, steak 43F, shredded chicken 41F, and spaghetti noodles 42F. All refrigeration is operating properly. Overall, the facility is clean and maintained. Please discuss proper glove usage with your employees. |The renewal application for O�Brien’s Restaurant received by this office on 11/18/24 lists Millens Bay, LLC as the operator/operating corporation. If this is incorrect, please make changes to your renewal permit application in the future. If you would like the operator/operating corporation changed now, please email this office with your request.
