All cold holding functional on the sub prep line tuna 42F, sliced ham 43F, sliced tomaotes 42F. Hot holding functional meatballs 148F. Walk-in cooler functional tuna 38F, sliced cucumbers 40F. Walk-in freezer functional. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Hand washing available. Facility is overall clean and organized.
