Inspector’s comments
All cold holding throughout the facility is functional pizza sauce 42F, steak 41F, chicken wings 42F, roast 44F. Facility was just starting prep work at the time of inspection. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Mo hot holding at the time of inspection. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Unable to look at septic system due to heavy snow.
