All cold and hot holding adequate. All cold salads ranged from 41-45 degrees, fish 38 degrees (pan on ice), hamburger 38 degrees, chicken 41 degrees. Dish washer adequate. No cooling observed at the time of inspection. Walk-in refrigerator running at 39 degrees.
