All coding adequate at the time of inspection eggs 38 degrees (standing unit), hashbrowns 32 degrees (bottom holding area), sausage 41 degrees (prep line), milk 41 degrees in both holding tanks, milk 44 degrees (cooler #2, milk 45 degrees (walk-in). All hot holding acceptable, sausage 178 degrees.
