All hot holding at the time of inspection is functional past and meatballs 150F. All cold holding in the prep units are functional sausage 44F, chicken breasts 42F. Walk-in cooler is fucntional chicken 42F, sliced cheese 40F. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Hair restraint and glove usage observed.
