All cold holding functional milk 42F, cucumbers 40F, coleslaw 44F. No hot holding at time of inspection. Facility is overall clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Bar area is clean and organzied. Chicken out of the deep fryer 171F.
