All cold holding on the sub prep line functional banana peppers 42F, sliced onions 43F, ham 43F, roast beef 41F. Walk-in cooler functional turkey 40F, sliced tomaotes 43F. Walk-in freezer fucntional. Observed prep work with no visible issues. Proper hair restraint and glove usage. Facility is overall clean and organized.
