All cold holding temperatures appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|No hot holding or cooking taking place at the time of inspection |Facility is clean and well-maintained. |No unapproved food products or personal food should be in the facility.|The Operator mentioned the possibility of expanding the current seating into the bakery section of the building. All plans should be sent in to the Watertown District Office for approval before any changes take place.
