All cold holding functional mac salad 42F, coleslaw 44F, sliced cheese 42F. Hot holding functional beef stew 157F. Freezer units functional. Facility is overall clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Unable to view septic system due to heavy snow.
