Inspector’s comments
No hot holding at time of inspection. 'Kratos' three (3) door reach in unit operating properly, apple juice 39F. Proper glove usage and hair restraint observed. Proper hand washing observed from staff before putting on new gloves. Facility is clean and well maintained.
