Inspector’s comments
Pizza prep table was non-functional at time of inspection. No food items were being stored in unit at time of inspection. Upper portion was being used to hold sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Ice packs were utilized and small quantities to maintain temperatures. All temperatures adequate at time of inspection.
