Hot holding temperatures appropriate, white rice 170F, fried rice 167F. Cold holding is appropriate, fried chicken pieces 39F, egg rolls 40F, chicken, beef, shrimp and noodles are all below 45F. All refrigeration units are operating properly. Bathroom is clean and maintained.
