Inspector’s comments
All refrigeration units are working properly. Milk 35F and maple waffle mix 38F. Improvements have been made to the cleanliness of metal shelving and the insides of refrigeration units since last inspection. Ceiling tiles are now is place in the back storage area. Overall, the facility is clean and well maintained.
