All hot holding functional at the time of inspection mushroom soup 150F. All cold holing in prep units are functional at the time of inspection hamburger patties 42F, sliced tomatoes 41F. Walk-in cooler is functional at the time of inspection sliced chicken breasts 42F, butter 40F. Walk-in freezer functional. Bar area is clean and organzied. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Facility is overall clean and organzied.
