All hot holding functional fish sticks 150F, chicken nuggets 147F. All cold holding refrigeration functional sliced cheese 42F, breakfast burritos 44F. Walk-in cooler functional bacon 41F. Walk-in freezer functional. 3-bay sink water issue from last inspection is fixed. State waiver begin followed for time at a control. Facility is overall clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Floors throughout and facility in general is more clean than previous inspections.
