Inspector’s comments
All cold holding throughout the kitchen is functional sliced ham 42F, sliced cheese 44F, Soup 38F, potato salad 39F. All hot holding functional beef soup 150F, goulash 157F, clam chowder soup 148F. Freezer units functional. Dry storage is area is clean. Facility is overall clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed. Hand washing avaliable.
