Hot holding appropriate throughout the facility, hash browns, eggs and sausage over 140F. All cold holding throughout the facility is appropriate, cheddar cheese, sausage eggs all under 40F. Facility is well maintained and clean. Many improvements made with cleaning, etc. since last inspection.
