Inspector’s comments
Facility is still doing catered food only. Food today is from bad apple and is quesadilla that are kept in hot holding boxes. All cold holding fucntional in walk-in cooler milk 43, butter 44F. Walk-in freezer is not operational at the time of inspection. Milk that was room temperature storage from previous inspection is now begin kept in the walk-in cooler until each service. Facility is overall clean and organized. Proper hair restraint and glove usage observed.
