Inspector’s comments
All cold holding temperatures are appropriate at 45 degrees F or below at the time of inspection|All hot holding temperatures are appropriate at 140 degrees F or above at the time of inspection|The facility has made some improvements, but has not met the self-imposed time line for correcting the multitude of cleaning violations associated with this food service operation. Some of the items deemed as being corrected are still showing some of the same problems, and deep, thorough cleaning of the facility, along with addressing some of the equipment and structural items within the kitchen, are still needed for complete compliance with Subpart 14-1 of the NYS Code.
